2As long as there are no breaks or gaps in cover and subject to the terms and conditions of your renewing policy.
3In relation to Conditions covered by your policy, examples of Conditions can be found under ‘Specified Accidental Injury’ and ‘Illness Cover’ of this table.
4You may be eligible for a higher limit and if so this will be specified in your certificate of insurance.
5This 6 month waiting period may be waived if we receive within 14 days of examining your pet, written certification from your vet that they have examined your pet on or after the commencement date of the first policy period and found no signs or evidence of cruciate ligament conditions.
6Allergic reactions to insects or arachnid bites – this includes ants, bees, flies, mosquitoes, scorpions, spiders and wasps
7Means a sickness or disease which isn’t included under the specified accidental injury cover and isn’t a pre-existing condition.
8Hereditary and congenital conditions will be covered as long as your dog or cat didn’t show symptoms or clinical signs of these defects before you took out the cover or within the applicable waiting period.
9By a qualified Animal Behavioural Therapist or Vet.
